Refund policy

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is structured to protect the integrity of rare, high-value JDM engineering and bespoke artistry.

1. 1/1 Custom Masterpiece Line (Stardust Genesis, etc.):
ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. Because each custom reel is a unique, registered work of mechanical art hand-crafted by NISHIMURA, we strictly do not accept any cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once the acquisition process has commenced.

2. Standard JDM Stock Inventory:
Returns for standard, non-custom items are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. The item must be absolutely unused, unopened, and in its original pristine factory packaging with all seals intact. 
- The buyer is strictly responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and international logistics risks.
- All approved returns for standard items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Refusal of Delivery:
If a package is returned to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay local customs duties, taxes, or failure to claim the shipment, NO REFUND will be issued.
