4. IMPORTANT: Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs:
International buyers must acknowledge that import duties, taxes, and local VAT/customs clearance fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole statutory and legal responsibility of the buyer. 

We strictly do not undervalue items or mark shipments as "gifts" on customs forms, as global federal regulations strictly prohibit such actions.
